The Entertainment Industry May Be Dying Before Our Eyes, but Bridgerton Is Keeping It Alive

One summer day, as I scrolled through Netflix on my prehistoric iPad, I found myself met with titles I was extremely familiar with. If it was not something I had seen before, it was another 90 minute flick with the same refurbished plot. At this rate, I should have just done something productive instead, but I was determined--I had time to waste, so I might as well waste it.

It was not until I reached "Bridgerton" that I gained a new outlook on what I was viewing: I have not watched this, but I really want to watch it. And so, I did.

The result? I loved it. Everything from the grandiose balls and magnificent dresses were attractive. I found myself wanting to have more of the show--so much so that I re-watched it right after I finished it.

Until next time,

A Bridgerton lover.
